  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with webinar platforms and Marketing tools (Zoom, Cvent, HubSpot and Salesforce, preferred) and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive Slides, Docs, Sheets).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in a tech/SaaS company preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, customer education, and sales to develop webinar themes, topics, and content.
  • Assist in creating compelling promotional materials to drive webinar attendance.
  • Set up and manage webinar platforms, ensuring a smooth experience for presenters and participants.
  • Provide technical support to presenters and troubleshoot any issues during live webinars.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote webinars across various channels.
  • Work with subject matter experts to gather and organize content for webinars.
  • Provide post-event data to the RevOps team for lead scoring and follow-up action.
