We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who puts customers first and will help our customers do more with less when operating and securing their enterprises. Cribl sells to organizations large and small, but we are looking for a rep with experience selling large and complex deals to large enterprises.  A successful Sales Representative at Cribl can clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on proven sales processes.  The great part is, Cribl Stream demonstrates a clear and simple ROI to our customers.  We are looking for people who love to get stuff done, and laugh a bit along the way. Cribl is a serious company that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

What You’ll Accomplish:
Payroll:

• Process full cycle semi-monthly US (multi-state) and Canada (multi-province) using ADP
  Workforce Now and process monthly global payroll
• Experience with Commissions, draws, bonuses, and Equity transaction requirements
• Good understanding of Garnishments, Benefits and other Deductions
• Manage, build, improve system integrations and audits between HRIS, Benefits, and ADP
• Must be comfortable with creating import files (new hires, deductions, pay data) from various
  sources and troubleshoot import/system errors
• Open new payroll tax jurisdiction and manage tax notices with ADP Smart Compliance – process
  amendments or tax filings as needed
• Assist with Workers Comp, 401K, and financial audits as needed
• Support new payroll initiatives and special projects as needed

Accounting:

• Create and validate payroll journal entries, payroll accruals and assist with maintaining ADP GLI
  module
• Provide support for financial audits and special projects as needed
   

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience of full cycle US multi-state and Canada payroll experience; bonus points
  for global payroll experience (EMEA)
• Knowledge of Payroll laws and regulations – CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) Certification
  Preferred
• 3+ years Experience with ADP Workforce Now (must)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet all
  deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at a high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company
• NetSuite
• Payroll Accounting experience is a plus!

Salary Range: ($80,000 - $125,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
