Requirements
  • Knowledge of Payroll laws and regulations - CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) Certification Preferred
  • 3+ years Experience with ADP Workforce Now (must)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet all deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
  • Process full cycle semi-monthly US (multi-state) and Canada (multi-province) using ADP Workforce Now and process monthly global payroll
  • Experience with Commissions, draws, bonuses, and Equity transaction requirements
  • Good understanding of Garnishments, Benefits and other Deductions
  • Manage, build, improve system integrations and audits between HRIS, Benefits, and ADP
  • Must be comfortable with creating import files (new hires, deductions, pay data) from various sources and troubleshoot import/system errors
  • Open new payroll tax jurisdiction and manage tax notices with ADP Smart Compliance - process amendments or tax filings as needed
  • Assist with Workers Comp, 401K, and financial audits as needed
  • Support new payroll initiatives and special projects as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience of full cycle US multi-state and Canada payroll experience; points for global payroll experience (EMEA)
  • Experience at a high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company
  • NetSuite
  • Payroll Accounting experience is a plus!
