Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in trade marketing, category management or strategic marketing, ideally in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of Off Trade dynamics.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and influence a team, with direct management experience.
  • Ability to guide the team in translating insights (category and shopper) into concrete and relevant actions, while managing complex projects in a matrix and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to supervise and guide the analysis of commercial and shopper performance indicators, ensuring the team uses data to build strategic and impactful recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cohesion of projects.
  • Ability to lead the team in a rapidly transforming environment, prioritizing and adjusting strategies to maximize opportunities and meet market needs.
  • Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision and priorities of the Off Trade channel to ensure sustainable market share growth, making decisions aligned with short, medium, and long-term objectives while adapting to the rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the talents of the team (Customer Marketing and Category Development), ensuring exceptional performance and supporting their professional growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of key customers, align activation priorities, and co-create tailored strategies that maximize added value for customers while meeting market expectations.
  • Define clear execution KPIs and deeply analyze commercial and behavioral performance to assess the impact of actions. Identify optimization levers to maximize ROI and ensure precise and effective budget management.
  • Ensure brilliant execution in everything we do for both portfolios (luxury and standard), collaborating with teams to ensure impeccable performance at the point of sale. Include rigorous measurement and evaluation to understand the impact of tools and initiatives on sell-out.
  • Represent the channel and the company as a leader, ensuring alignment with global objectives while remaining adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges in a rapidly transforming business.
