- PCB and/or general hardware test experience
- Develop, document, and execute test procedures for PCB assemblies, electronic components, and hardware systems.
- Perform functional, in-circuit, and environmental stress testing on PCB boards and subsystems.
- Design and maintain custom test fixtures, jigs, and automated test setups.
- Troubleshoot and isolate hardware/PCB failures to component level, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with hardware design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IPC, MIL-STD, or IEC) during testing and documentation.
