Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in systems engineering.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain EVA Environments requirements including applicability to each ORU.
  • Manage the full end-to-end verification cycle for EVA Environments, including:
  • Defining system, subsystem, and component verification approaches
  • Defining verification strategies
  • Allocating data to verification activities and managing linkages
  • Planning and coordinating implementation of verification activities
  • Drafting closure notices and managing closure evidence
  • Collaborate with internal subsystem teams to communicate details of environmental requirements.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including hardware developers, program management, and NASA oversight groups.
  • Support other Systems Engineering and Integration functions as needed.
