Role overview:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Growth Marketing will build and execute a long-term, multi-channel strategy focused on driving profitable clinician growth in individual markets across the United States. This is an opportunity for an analytically gifted leader to have a massive impact in an incredibly important space.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute a clinician growth strategy in a channel agnostic fashion relying on the data to drive decision-making and budget allocation.
Relentlessly test campaigns to find clinicians where they are which may or may not be more traditional channels.
Drive the vision for team growth and organizational structure, including when to use agencies vs. build in house.
Partner closely with Operations counterparts to launch new markets effectively, nimbly react to marketplace imbalances in a particular market, and maintain market efficiency in developed markets.
Lead a results driven culture focused on helping the company achieve its short and long term objectives in a cost effective manner. We have audacious goals and you will be pivotal in bringing these to fruition!
Qualifications:
10 + years experience in a similar marketing acquisition leadership role, ideally in a marketplace environment.
Deep experience successfully leading and coaching a team in a thoughtful and planful way, driving data driven user acquisition strategy.
Strong understanding of all channels, but doesn’t rely on one specific playbook to accomplish objectives.
Ability to move quickly and get stuff done. We’re a fast moving start-up and candidates need to be comfortable in that environment.
Willingness to travel to Salt Lake City HQ roughly once a month or every other month.
