  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in enterprise technology and SaaS
  • Strong technical background with experience in AI, computer vision, and cloud technologies
  • Understanding of L2 switching (VLANs, L2 vs. L3, network isolation) and basic Linux networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and inspire a team
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence various teams within the organization
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Develop and execute the sales engineering strategy to support business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospective customers, understand their technical requirements, and demonstrate how our products meet their needs
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and represent the customer
  • Provide technical expertise, answer technical inquiries, and offer customer recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Execute Business Value Assessments / ROI calculations to anchor business value across stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
