Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for data analysis and growth optimization.
  • Experience building, managing and developing a growth team.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the prospect journey and accelerate prospects through the funnel.
  • Experiment with new channels, tactics, and initiatives to drive scalable growth and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prioritize and manage resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of multi-pronged growth programs.
  • Communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth efforts with business objectives.
  • Build a high-performing growth team across events, digital, operations, and ABM/lifecycle marketing.
