Responsibilities
  • Originate and bring-to-life concepts through exemplary aesthetic and design skill
  • Holds strong sense of design fundamentals (type, colour, layout, balance, contrast, etc)
  • Owns a passion for Design and the Culture surrounding it
  • Has a love for motion design with a proficiency in animation and editing
  • Who enjoys crafting beautiful and functional things
  • A good understanding of UX and the role it plays in design
  • Possesses a user-centric approach to design
  • Is hungry and looking to continually hone their craft
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Continually seeks to deepen understanding of client brands, markets, customers and channels of distribution to ensure delivery of appropriate and innovative solutions
  • Friendly, personable and able to work well in a team
  • Someone who helps out a fellow team mate in a pinch
  • Ensure brand guardianship on all projects and has had experience with brands previously
  • Someone who is happy to work in a hybrid nature (London office and home)
  • Possess presentation skills to effectively articulate creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders: and encourage/empower the rest of the design team to become confident and effective presenters
  • Good client facing skills and storytelling ability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects)
  • Ability to use one of the following tool Figma/Xd or Sketch
  • Ability to scamp and storyboard
  • Familiar with the Office 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Understands WCAG and utilises it across all screen based mediums
  • Knowledge of a 3D package like (Blender) is a bonus
  • Ability to draw/illustrate is a plus
  • Experience at a similar level in a design or experiential agency ideal, but not necessary
  • Experience in design for both print and digital, motion design preferably in an agency environment
