Responsibilities
  • Cross selling and up-selling WP Engine's WordPress hosting services to existing accounts
  • Build a pipeline through various channels like referrals, cold-calls, marketing leads, etc.
  • Lead outreach campaigns in collaboration with customer success team
  • Support customer needs and growth through onsite travel and quarterly business reviews
  • Explain the value of WP Engine to prospective customers and conduct application demos
  • Work closely with legal team for quotes, proposals, SOWs, and procurement process
  • Engage sales engineering team and management to close deals
  • Provide accurate sales reports and updates to management and executives
  • Live WP Engine values and prioritize customer and company above self
