  • 6+ years of experience conducting product research, user experience (UX) research, or research in an applied setting
  • Expert in survey research methods, such as questionnaire design, survey experiments, interviews, focus groups, and survey sampling
  • Experience in statistical analysis and modeling (weighting, factor analysis, SEM) of survey data
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
  • Ability to translate business questions to research goals and identify the best methodology to complete research
  • Storyteller with experience collaborating with partners in Product, Design, Marketing, and Strategy
  • Consistent track record of providing recommendations that influence product strategy
  • Passion for helping cross-functional teams increase their understanding of research
  • Advanced degree in survey research, psychology, social sciences, or other related field
  • Lead the research discipline for survey methodology, which works with our product and design teams to embed research best practices into our products
  • Execute research that deepens our understanding of the methods our customers use for a particular use case
  • Conduct literature reviews to understand industry best practices for different survey use cases
  • Develop and oversee a strategy for improving the questions and expanding the content in our Question Bank and Survey Templates features
  • Consult on the development of standardized survey questions and analysis reports across multiple use cases
  • Educate collaborators about research best practices and enable them to conduct their own research
