Note: You will work remotely but will have to be located in Seattle area because this position will need to be visiting some important customers in Seattle frequently.

We’re looking for a Seattle-based Cloud Solutions Architect with strong GCP experience and a background in data architecture or analytics. This role is part of a high-profile customer engagement in the Pacific Northwest, and you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping shape and deliver modern data-centric cloud solutions.

This is a hybrid client-facing role, and candidates should be located in or around Seattle, WA with the ability to visit the client site when needed.

About the Role:

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will:

• Lead solution design and architecture for data workloads on Google Cloud Platform.
• Act as a technical point of contact for a key enterprise customer in Seattle, helping shape roadmaps, clarify business needs, and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
• Work closely with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to develop and deliver secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance, simplify architecture, and unlock new value with GCP-native services.
• Build trusted relationships with both client stakeholders and internal Bespin delivery teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales, solution validation, and onboarding if new workloads or accounts are introduced.
• Bonus: Provide lightweight TAM-style support—guidance, best practices, advocacy—based on customer needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or data engineering roles, with deep familiarity with GCP.
• Solid understanding of GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Composer, and IAM.
• Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Data/ML Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience designing and delivering data architectures: data lakes, pipelines, warehousing, analytics, or ML pipelines.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Located in or around Seattle, WA with ability to attend client meetings as needed.
• Strong client engagement skills and a service mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with enterprise clients in a consulting, TAM, or account management capacity.
• Familiarity with adjacent cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure) or hybrid-cloud scenarios.
• Hands-on skills with Terraform, Looker, or Kubernetes are a plus.
