Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to support, execute, and advise on core talent management processes, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, year-end feedback and performance ratings, promotions, and manager effectiveness.
  • Manage a holistic view of talent processes and platforms to ensure alignment across processes, technology, and data insights.
  • Define stages, milestones, and timelines required to launch and execute global programs or processes.
  • Create communication strategies for all phases of talent management processes.
  • Create business and stakeholder management plans.
  • Plan process and platform enhancements and testing requirements.
  • Advise regional and divisional business and human capital management stakeholders on implementing and driving talent management initiatives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across regions on business-as-usual processes and strategic projects.
  • Develop and implement talent technology solutions with engineering, product, and reporting stakeholders to meet business requirements and align execution across multiple processes and projects.
  • Leverage stakeholder feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and prioritize them based on strategic goals.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to identify, prioritize, and implement technology enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Test technology solutions end to end to ensure they meet requirements before launch.
  • Prepare for audits, gather necessary documents, and respond to audit requests.
  • Validate processes and frameworks with internal and external advisors.
  • Collaborate with functional and project management office teams to drive change management across talent initiatives.
  • Plan business engagement strategies for key initiatives.
  • Design learning resources and guides to create awareness and share best practices for talent management processes.
  • Manage employee, manager, and stakeholder queries related to talent management processes and platforms, escalating issues when needed.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to track completion and identify intervention opportunities.
  • Translate talent strategy and processes into actionable insights.
  • Monitor initiative success through process, system, and reporting activities and optimize the approach based on impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three to four years of experience in talent management, business partnering, talent development, human resources analytics, product management and reporting, or project management.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering subject matter experts to assess talent platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements.
  • Experience working with human capital management technology platforms, user acceptance testing, gathering stakeholder feedback, and analyzing themes to inform future enhancements.
  • Experience using automation and artificial-intelligence-enabled tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Knowledge of change management best practices.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on approaches or decisions.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry.
