Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in Life Sciences regulatory area
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, business, or related field
  • Expertise in Government Pricing, Discount Reallocation, Medicaid, Federal Supply Schedule, 340B, and TriCare
  • Experience implementing Model N Revenue Management suite in Life Sciences industry
  • Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with business process modeling and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of web technologies
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
Responsibilities
  • Work on customer engagement projects as a Regulatory Business Analyst
  • Recommend Government Pricing industry best practices
  • Lead customers through the definition and design phases of implementation process
  • Conduct gap analysis between system functionality and customer requirements
  • Train customers on application functionality
  • Identify business and technical issues throughout the project
  • Support Sales team in demo prep, gap analysis, and project estimating
  • Stay current and provide business guidance related to Life Science’s Regulatory landscape
  • Travel and on-site presence at customer sites
