Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-location operations, general management, sales leadership, or field operations leadership.
  • Proven experience leading both business-to-consumer sales and operational teams within a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience managing leaders and multiple locations or markets is preferred.
  • A strong background in sales, service, operations, home improvement, retail, or related industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead overall business performance across assigned market locations, including revenue growth, EBITDA performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market scalability.
  • Serve as the primary market business owner integrating sales performance, operational execution, customer experience, staffing strategies, and financial outcomes across assigned markets.
  • Direct and develop Sales Managers and Installation Managers across all assigned locations.
  • Execute market strategies to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business performance.
  • Align market leadership teams around business priorities, operational standards, customer expectations, and organizational objectives.
  • Use reporting, forecasting, analytics, and operational trends to improve decision-making and market effectiveness.
  • Integrate Sales, Marketing, Call Center, Customer Support Services, and Operations to align lead generation, sales execution, installation capacity, customer experience, and market profitability.
  • Drive daily operational communication and coordination across functional teams.
  • Partner with Marketing and Call Center leadership to improve lead generation, appointment quality, market penetration, conversion performance, and return on marketing investment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support Services and Operations to manage installation capacity, scheduling efficiency, customer responsiveness, service recovery, escalation management, and operational execution.
  • Lead market-level discussions focused on staffing needs, operational bottlenecks, customer feedback, service performance, business trends, execution priorities, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales performance and operational execution through leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management.
  • Lead sales strategies with Sales Managers to improve lead conversion, recruiting effectiveness, onboarding, sales productivity, coaching effectiveness, and market sales performance.
  • Lead operational execution with Installation Managers to improve installation efficiency, labor productivity, operational throughput, service responsiveness, installation quality, and cycle-time performance.
  • Ensure staffing levels, operational resources, and leadership capabilities support customer demand, business growth, and operational execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, close rates, margins, job costs, cycle times, customer satisfaction, labor productivity, service performance, and accounts receivable trends.
  • Identify operational barriers, execution gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure customer concerns, service issues, escalations, and operational challenges are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Drive consistency in customer communication, installation quality, scheduling practices, and service delivery standards.
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes, compliance requirements, service standards, and best practices.
  • Implement process improvements that improve efficiency, scalability, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Managers, Installation Managers, and emerging leaders.
  • Build leadership capability, organizational depth, and succession bench strength.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, leadership development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and reinforce company culture, values, operational expectations, and leadership standards.
  • Manage market-level financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, labor optimization, and expense control.
  • Drive accountability for revenue growth, margin performance, operational productivity, labor efficiency, and EBITDA contribution.
  • Monitor market trends, operational risks, staffing challenges, customer trends, and performance opportunities.
  • Maintain working partnerships with Marketing, Call Center, Customer Support Services, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Legal, and centralized support functions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives.
  • Achieve profitable revenue growth and market EBITDA performance.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, operational cycle-time, installation efficiency, service responsiveness, labor productivity, staffing, leadership stability, organizational readiness, employee engagement, leadership development, accountability, compliance, and business alignment across assigned markets.
  • Improve lead conversion, installation throughput, customer responsiveness, operational scalability, and market execution effectiveness.
