  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage post-production workflows efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably within a creative agency or in-house creative team
Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the post-production process, ensuring the final cut meets quality and brand standards
  • Develop and animate unique motion graphics and visual effects that complement and enhance video content
  • Collaborate closely with your creative counterparts to conceptualize and execute visually compelling narratives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising on creativity and quality
  • Maintain and organize digital video archives and ensure all work is backed up and stored appropriately
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, editing, and motion graphics, incorporating innovative techniques into your work
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on video production and editing to assist in the professional development of other Creative Team members
