Requirements
- 4+ years of quota carrying experience as a BDR or AE, preferably in a SaaS solution selling environment
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce
- Proven consultative sales skills and ability to meet quota
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow
- Must be able to work within EST hours
Responsibilities
- Learn about the community space, the competitive landscape, and become adept at using our product
- Manage the whole sales process from qualification of inbound leads to close
- Learn and communicate Bettermode's product offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approach
- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs
- Conduct demos and/or discovery calls and successfully managing all phases of the selling process
- Exceed quarterly revenue goals on a consistent basis
- Learn, implement, and provide feedback on our sales practices and processes
- Keep up to date with the latest features in our product
