Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

The Immigration Associate position will work as a member of the SAS immigration team assisting with non-immigrant and PERM and other related immigration filings. The position will also provide general administrative support to the immigration team.

Specific Job Duties:

Operates Nonimmigrant Visa compliance obligations including F-1 Form I-983, Public Access Files and Posting Notices, and PERM Audit Files
Provides PERM Recruitment Assistance
Develops and maintains departmental reporting
Maintains administrative immigration materials
Provides Blanket L-1 Program Operational Support
Supports senior staff with event management and scheduling
Support requests for B-1 Support Letters
Maintains Immigration share point page
Other support requests as needed

Shift:1st M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required:

Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of immigration support experience or HS diploma and 4 years of immigration support experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools:

Working knowledge of F-1 STEM OPT, Blanket L-1, PERM processes.
Must be a self-starter and well organized.
Provides Blanket L-1 Program Operational Support
Must be able to work in a team setting and have good communication skills
Working familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
