- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on innovation, regulatory compliance, and marketing preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Experience in Corporate Compliance and working with Government Regulatory Authorities such as the US EPA, FIFRA, PMRA and others.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and brand vision.
- Work closely with brand managers, engineers/R&D, product management, purchasing, finance, operations, and market/customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and drive projects from concept to launch.
- Lead the ideation, development, and commercialization of new products and services, ensuring they meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
- Enhance brand equity by working with brand managers to develop marketing concepts and brand stories that highlight the innovative aspects of our products and services.
- Work with project management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Work with project management to successfully commercialize innovations and seamlessly transition responsibility to the core business (sales & marketing) to ensure sustained growth and market penetration.
- Responsible for EPA & FIFRA regulatory compliance throughout the product life cycle from early assessment through post launch activities.
- Responsible for aligning within global regulatory and regulatory partners on FIFRA regulated products.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure company compliance in all areas of Trade Compliance, Product Compliance, Packaging Compliance and Corporate Compliance.
- Responsible for the regulatory submission to regulatory agencies and ensuring timely approval.
- Responsible for following, understanding, interpreting and communicating current and potential changes in regulatory compliance standards and/or requirements in the country(ies) of responsibility to relevant internal colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on local, state, federal and provincial government compliance regulations in North America.
- Monitor compliance with regulations through audits and reviews.
- Coordinate compliance issue resolution through the use of internal resources, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants as needed.
- Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance the organizations knowledge of working in a regulated environment.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new products or services, ensuring that they comply with relevant laws and regulations.

MANN+HUMMEL appoints Helena Hofer as interim CFO. MANN+HUMMEL announced the appointment of Helena Hofer as interim chief financial officer, in addition to her role as chief human resources officer, effective Feb. 3, 2026. Hofer succeeds Jurate Keblyte, who is leaving the company at her own request to pursue her career outside the company. Management Board Committee and strategic vision. In her combined role as CFO and CHRO, the company said Hofer is committed to driving MANN+HUMMEL's path toward the company's shared strategic vision, Leadership in Filtration, together with the other members of the Management Board Committee. "Helena Hofer has been with MANN+HUMMEL for several years now. She has been a well-established member of the Executive Leadership Committee as CHRO," said nonexecutive chairman Thomas Fischer. "Given her strong background in finance and track record with the company, she is furthermore well positioned to act as Chief Financial Officer and join our Management Board Committee." Keblyte leaves the company. "We are thankful for Jurate Keblyte's contributions and respect her decision to leave the company," said CEO Kurk Wilks. "I wish her all the best and much success for her upcoming endeavors. I am very pleased that Helena Hofer is continuing to drive our strategic journey together with Emese Weissenbacher and myself - now in her additional role as CFO."

The technology helps reduce downtime, improves equipment uptime and lowers operating costs for customers. "Our focus at Excon is to show practical, high-value innovations like self-cleaning air filters; these solutions directly solve the challenges faced in tough Indian construction and off-road conditions," Mr. Bhaskar added. Expanding Focus Toward Industrial and Off-Highway Segments While the company has traditionally enjoyed a strong presence in the commercial vehicle and passenger car segments, the next phase of growth is rooted in industrial and off-highway markets.
