Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field; equivalent extensive professional experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive senior management experience within ultra-luxury residential properties, high-end hospitality operations, five-star hotels or resorts, or private club management.
  • A demonstrated track record in delivering and managing ultra-luxury customer service, sophisticated client relations, and relationship building with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong financial literacy with proven experience in budget development, management, forecasting, and profit-and-loss responsibility within a luxury operational context.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including homeowners, staff, and executive leadership.
  • Leadership experience managing, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams of 15 or more colleagues in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in property management systems such as Opera and Lightspeed, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead and meticulously manage the complete Homeowner Journey across handover, welcome and orientation, The Art of Living Well, community, seamless living, and rental program management.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain Raffles service standards through operational procedures, policies, and training initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine service delivery to ensure consistent excellence and anticipate homeowner needs.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with homeowners as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for residential needs, inquiries, and lifestyle enhancement opportunities.
  • Anticipate and address homeowner concerns, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Direct and oversee residential property operations, including maintenance, security, concierge services, housekeeping, and residential amenities.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers across the hotel or resort to ensure integrated service delivery across property and engineering, lifestyle and domestic services, hospitality services, community and communications, and security and access control.
  • Manage financial performance and provide budget oversight for residential operations.
  • Ensure resource allocation, cost control, and revenue generation where applicable while upholding service excellence and homeowner satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Recruit, lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing residential team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, dedication, and genuine hospitality that embodies Raffles' service values.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Homeowners Association management to ensure transparent communication, adherence to bylaws, and effective governance.
  • Participate in Homeowners Association meetings and initiatives to support community harmony and enhance property value.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce health, safety, and security protocols for residents.
  • Ensure procedures comply with local regulations and brand standards while maintaining a welcoming and discreet residential atmosphere.
  • Drive continuous improvement through systematic homeowner feedback collection, analysis, and implementation of enhancements.
  • Serve as an ambassador for local community engagement and provide authentic destination experiences for homeowners.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and cultural institutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee exclusive special events, celebrations, and community activities for residents.
  • Represent the Residences within broader hotel and resort operations and foster seamless interdepartmental communication and service delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct experience with luxury residential properties, serviced apartments, or high-end private club management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local luxury real estate market, competitive landscape, and leading luxury service providers in Boston.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Homeowners Association governance, condominium association management, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Previous experience with Raffles, Fairmont, Accor, or other globally recognized luxury hospitality brands.
  • A genuine passion for creating, curating, and delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences that exceed resident expectations.
