Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 2-3 years of PM experience in SaaS based cloud native products focused on end users
  • 5+ years of managing other Product Managers
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • You foster good product management practices within your team and can inspire them to excel and continue to grow
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Managers to drive a compelling product vision and deliver solutions that delight our customers
  • Collaborate closely with product delivery teams to provide clear direction on agile product backlog, epic and user story requirements, and feature delivery for end user facing, cloud based solutions
  • Prioritize competing requirements including features, bugs, enabler work, and tech debt; working regularly with the scrum team to refine and add detail where needed
  • Define and write detailed business cases for new initiatives that solve customer problems while driving key results for the business, managing the 4 areas of risk in product development
  • Collaborate closely with core product teams of a Product Manager, Product Designer, and Lead Engineer to plan new initiatives and subsequently shepherd through delivery
  • Help define and deliver the go-to-market (e.g. training, industry discussions, partner and customer presentations) elements required to support new capabilities released in Bluebeam Cloud
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform and adjust strategy as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
  • Domain experience in the AEC space is a plus
