Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation or benefits (plus if both)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, IF formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated track record of being detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain and discuss complex compensation and/or benefits related topics
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of our benefit plans and serve as a primary point of contact for benefits related questions and issues (Including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, 401k, etc.)
  • Assist with open enrollment, 401k audits, and other significant projects
  • Perform job evaluations, market price roles, interpret benchmark compensation data, participate in compensation surveys, and assist with other broad-based compensation projects
  • Assist in performance management and compensation planning cycles
  • Perform ad-hoc requests related to data auditing & reconciliation, report building, HR analytics, etc
  • Develop and maintain SOP's and manage other policy documents
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of our HRIS as well as resolving issues related to benefit premiums, insurance carrier connections, third party integrations, etc
  • Liaise with colleagues in other departments such as Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, etc. as well as external vendors to perform tasks and resolve issues (invoices, compliance, etc.)
