Requirements
  • 12+ years of marketing experience (high-growth SaaS preferred) in demand generation across direct and channel businesses
  • Previous experience in driving acquisition, expansion or demand campaigns with a funnel metrics perspective is required

  • Experience with paid social channels, programmatic advertising is a big plus
  • Experience with handling acquisition campaigns for apps is also a big plus (Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google UAC)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels (conversion rate optimization) is a big plus
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and zero-defect
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a simple and factual way
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into meaningful campaign optimization strategies

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a high performing global marketing demand generation organization covering Digital channels (Search, Social, SEO, Media, Email, Landing Pages), Strategic Events & Webinars, Account Based Marketing and Channel Marketing
  • Partner with the regional demand leads, ecommerce lead, sales leads, product marketing, campaigns and business strategy teams to build a cross-functional demand marketing strategy and deliver against targets
  • Work with regional demand generation marketing teams on identifying accounts, personas, verticals to target in the enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to be a united front focused on delivering direct/VAR pipeline and bookings across the globe
  • Work with SMB/growth marketing team to develop acquisition campaigns, email nurture, webinars and other lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Develop nurture programs to convert leads to MQLs and manage upsell/ lifecycle marketing campaigns in partnership with regions
  • Take a data driven approach to marketing. Partner with the leader of Marketing Ops and Analytics to ensure instrumentation is in place to measure KPIs
  • Manage spend against a defined budget to meet the targets across segments with input from regional marketing and integrated campaigns
  • Build the foundation to scale and grow for the future
  • Responsible for global agency management spanning paid media, content syndication, events and localization
