  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in managing a team and carrier relationships
  • Proven track record in managing global logistics operations in a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in fast-paced decision-making environments
  • Experience in contract negotiations with major carriers
Responsibilities
  • Manage all international transportation including ocean container, drayage, and trade compliance
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies for the supply chain
  • Build vision and priorities, drive engagement, and deliver impact to the organization
  • Utilize data to validate and deliver performance objectives
  • Build and lead a team to support service and cost initiatives
  • Develop short- and long-term plans focusing on execution and automation
  • Lead partner relationships to drive long-term value for the company
  • Develop, manage, and execute scorecards to ensure performance goals are met
