Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, PR, or related roles
  • Strong experience with content strategy, SEO, and external communications
  • Deep experience owning a website built by HubSpot
  • Experience driving social media strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube channels
  • Knowledge of owning multiple agency partnerships and executing to plan
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product marketing, and sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong editorial eye
  • Experience managing social media for a B2B or healthcare/health tech brand
  • Familiarity with PR strategies, media outreach, and thought leadership development
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Take Command’s communications strategy across SEO, PR, content, and social media
  • Oversee the website channel to ensure the copy and customer journeys are optimal and drive lead conversion to meet company goals.
  • Lead content development, including blogs, thought leadership, web copy, case studies, bylines, and sales enablement content
  • Partner closely with Growth and Product Marketing to support demand generation, launches, campaigns, and ICP-focused messaging
  • Own agency partner relationships and provide ongoing guidelines and deadlines to keep the executional plans on schedule
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop content that supports the buyer journey and enables meaningful prospect conversations
  • Manage PR efforts, including media outreach, press releases, contributed content, and relationship-building with reporters and industry publications
  • Develop and manage Take Command’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and thought leadership across channels
  • Work with internal thought leaders and subject matter experts to shape POVs, narratives, and industry commentary
  • Oversee SEO strategy in partnership with growth and external vendors, including keyword planning, content optimization, and performance tracking
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all external touchpoints and channels
  • Track performance and report on key communications metrics (SEO, engagement, content performance, media coverage)
  • Stay current on industry trends, healthcare policy developments, and competitive positioning to inform messaging
  • Partner with the People team on internal communication efforts
