Requirements
  • 3–10 years’ experience as a service technician in the manufacturing, electronics, parking, or transportation industry
  • Experience in a software or firmware environment is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of PARCS hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to software, hardware, OS, network, database, etc.
  • Assist with the technical requirements and hardware implementation plans for PARCS installations
  • Develop and oversee test plans to confirm hardware and software performance
  • Document test results and perform required onsite installation, commissioning, and relevant service tasks
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and training for T2 staff and customers
  • Plan and execute T2 PARCS installations
  • Configure the solution for staging and acceptance testing
  • Work closely with sales engineers and project managers to understand project deliverables and system designs
  • Provide onsite hardware installation and support
  • Provide high-quality onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the installation and support of T2 PARCS software and hardware
  • Obtain and maintain expertise in T2 PARCS software and supported hardware
  • Maintain information technology skills and rapidly learn software product installation and configuration
  • Maintain a professional and appropriate appearance and demeanor when working with customers and partners
