Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors, handling day-to-day relationship management to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Manage invoicing processes, accounts payable, and ensure timely processing and payment of vendor bills.
  • Facilitate the execution and tracking of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other contracts. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts are up-to-date and meet company standards.
  • Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and oversee the vendor onboarding process.
  • Work closely with the research team and other cross-functional teams to outline project details, define timelines, and ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Track and report on contract status, ensuring that all necessary documents and approvals are in place for projects to move forward.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline vendor management, invoicing, and contract workflows, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
