Requirements
  • Higher education in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or an equivalent field at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory hotel position, with strong expertise in accommodation and hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, rooms division, or hotel operations management.
  • Professional experience in restaurant operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel performance indicators, including occupancy rate, average daily rate, RevPAR, GOP, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with hotel information systems and tools, including property management systems, office software, and reporting tools.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Leadership, team-facilitation, customer orientation, service-quality focus, organization, prioritization, analysis, results orientation, autonomy, responsiveness, decision-making, interpersonal communication, teamwork, change support, operational presence, anticipation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the daily management of the hotel and replace the General Manager during absences.
  • Define guidelines for the proper application of service and production procedures.
  • Coordinate the hotel’s accommodation, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, kitchen, bar, commercial, and administrative departments.
  • Lead department-head meetings and regularly monitor action plans.
  • Ensure service quality meets TRIBE standards and customer expectations.
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented culture based on collaboration, engagement, and the TRIBE spirit.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement in the customer experience, with particular attention to the accommodation journey.
  • Manage budgets with department heads.
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose actions to improve results.
  • Manage and oversee capital expenditure in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Define and implement commercial actions to grow revenue across the hotel’s activities.
  • Participate in defining strategic priorities for sales, marketing, and communications with the relevant departments.
  • Analyze commercial performance and propose necessary corrective actions.
  • Develop sales and optimize revenue across the hotel’s services.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing managers.
  • Support teams in developing their skills and encourage internal promotion.
  • Maintain a positive and unifying employee-relations climate.
  • Develop a management culture based on leading by example, proximity, and accountability.
  • Ensure the maintenance of buildings and movable and immovable property.
  • Ensure cleanliness and quality of common areas and guest rooms.
  • Monitor service-provider contracts.
  • Ensure the safety of people and property.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain a commercial, caring, and responsive approach in all circumstances.
  • Ensure a warm, high-quality, and personalized customer experience.
  • Help create a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment consistent with the TRIBE identity for customers and employees.
