Responsibilities
- Service the existing client base and manage client relationships.
- Supervise team activity and results.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
- Report field activity daily using a Salesforce-based customer relationship management system.
- Focus daily on client management and growth, training, and leadership development.
