Requirements
  • 3+ years with proven experience as a Product Manager, within software or technology industries, preferably in QSR or related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; technical background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of product management frameworks (e.g., Agile, SCRUM) and experience working with data and metrics (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker).
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that enhance user experiences and deliver business impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Vendor management experience, including evaluating and managing external technology providers.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Operations, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Restaurant Technology to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including technology selection, contract negotiations, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee product development processes, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear alignment with design, development, and QA teams.
  • Analyze product metrics (e.g., NPS, engagement, conversion) and user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
  • Conduct evaluative user research (e.g., surveys, usability tests, A/B testing) to validate product solutions and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Manage franchisee committees, gathering insights and building relationships to ensure products address operational challenges effectively.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Burger King Owner Plans Remodels Amid ‘Challenging Consumer Backdrop’

Burger King’s kingdom is getting a makeover following a slight uptick in sales. Restaurant Brands International (RBI), owner of the fast food chain and several other brands, released earnings Wednesday (Feb. 12) showing a 2.5% increase in comparable sales. These figures, CEO Josh Kobza told analysts during an earnings call, represent an “outpacing” of the company’s quick-service restaurant (QSR) peers, while “still reflecting a challenging consumer backdrop, moderated pricing and some periods of marketing softness across some of our brands.”
