Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Draft, negotiate and analyze development and construction agreements (e.g., contractors, architects, engineers, professional consultants, surveyors).
  • Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Identify changes in law, legal risks and relevant trends, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to construction and real estate development and provide advice on best practices to mitigate risk.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes related to construction and real estate development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure successful project outcomes.
