Requirements
  • Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Bioscience, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience developing quality management systems for medical device manufacturing
  • 2 years of experience applying Risk Management ISO 14971 principles
  • 2 years of experience facilitating workshops with strategic customers to address quality concerns
  • 2 years of experience serving as business process owner for quality action systems for NR, CAPA, audit, and customer communications
  • 2 years of experience developing quality system management review presentations on KPI and quality system effectiveness including resource and risk management for senior leadership
  • 2 years of experience ensuring corrective action plans are effectively implemented to meet defined effectiveness criteria
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Management Controls and Document Control within the Corporate Healthcare customer division
  • Responsible for the execution of monthly, corporate site and business unit (15 sites) quality reviews
  • Provide guidance and support to cross functional team at manufacturing sites, establishing a streamline process to be use across the network
  • Mentor junior engineers in the document control process and quality systems management
  • Execute analysis and provide solutions to meet customer agreements and specifications
  • Translate customer and business needs into quality process operations and business services
  • Support the Quality Management System go-live activities of multi-site and cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Participate in development and execution of Quality Plans to launch the Jabil Healthcare Quality Systems at the customer location sites
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of improvement plans to recover site metrics
  • Execute corporate nonconformances and CAPA investigations
  • Support Jabil’s HC customer facing activities and workshops preparation
  • Responsible for Risk Assessment for Jabil Healthcare Corporate site as per Medical devices and application of risk management to medical devices ISO 14971:2019
