Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to expand relationships and increase eCommerce spend
  • Expand existing revenues with clients and drive new business opportunities
  • Inform customers of supply and price trends, assist in inventory control
  • Build, manage, and report on pipeline using tools like SalesForce, Outreach.com
  • Establish and build relationships with key customer organizations
  • Partner with internal departments for customer retention and growth
