  • BS/BA Degree
  • You will be reporting to the VP of Pricing and will be an integral member of the larger PagerDuty Product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Development teams, Sales Leaders and other stakeholders within the Company
  • You will work closely with executive leaders to determine and execute strategic pricing initiatives and influence decision making at the top management level
  • You will become an expert in PagerDuty's business with a deep understanding of our products, the markets we serve and competitors we face
  • You will bring your experience and insights to inform pricing and packaging strategies that optimize our revenue and market positioning
  • You will communicate pricing and packaging recommendations and operational requirements effectively to both inform and influence
  • You will lead appropriate data analysis and experimentation to support pricing and packaging decisions
  • You will design a framework for effective and scalable price setting and discount management
  • You will collaborate across the business (sales, finance, product, growth, billing, and business systems) to bring data-driven insights and influence strategic business decisions
  • You will collaborate with product and finance to build forecasts for the product portfolio to communicate the impact of strategic pricing and packaging changes
  • You will work cross-functionally at PagerDuty to operationalize the implementation of pricing initiatives
Desired Qualifications
  • Pricing experience in SaaS environment
  • Experience with a scripting language, such as Python, R, or SQL and with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for strategic reporting and analytical exploration
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • BS/BA in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math or other quantitative disciplines
