ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualifiedCybersecurity Exercise Planner II, Ft Meade/NBP.The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with the development of cyber exercises for Combatant Commands.

Providing support to a variety of exercises and working groups, including develop, schedule, and assist in preparing, administering and executing all levels of exercise training.

Providing cyber intelligence analysis.

Assistingcommands with scripting to emulating current threat tactics, techniques and procedures.

Providing vulnerability research.

Taking direction from more senior staff personnel.

Minimum qualifications:

Two years of position specific relevant experience. Experience with JPP, JOPES and APEX planning formats.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.

7 years of systems engineering experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience briefing senior military or civilian leaders.

Industry relevant certifications such as SAMS, SAASS or JAWS. Proficient with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Security clearance requirement:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
