- A minimum of 2-5 years of Construction Material Testing experience is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
- Train new field staff.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate personnel and equipment.
- Conduct critical observations and material testing.
- Prepare Construction Material Testing proposals.
- Prepare final inspection reports.
- Perform regular field work.
- Certifications such as National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies, International Code Council, or American Concrete Institute are preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is a plus, but not required.
