Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with the firm's goals, focusing on attracting diverse and high-caliber law students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, faculty, and student organizations to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation on campus.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including informational sessions, on-campus interviews, and networking events to promote the firm and engage with students.
  • Oversee the evaluation and selection process of candidates, ensuring a fair and thorough assessment in alignment with the firm's values and diversity initiatives.
  • Work closely with the hiring partners and legal teams to understand their recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in student recruitment to continuously improve our programs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and train recruitment team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively represent the firm.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as the firm's policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
