This GM will be a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.
What you’ll do
This senior leader will be responsible for Adobe’s Experience Cloud and for successful achievement of revenue growth! This is a clear revenue/quota carrying role and the incumbent and their team will sell into Enterprise, Retail and Consumer Goods segments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $331,100 -- $577,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Polycam, an app that uses a smartphone’s sensors to capture 3D scans of objects, is raising cash from prominent investors including Adobe and YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.Polycam today announced that it closed an $18 million Series A round led by Left Lane Capital with participation from Adobe Ventures, Hurley and others. Chris Heinrich, Polycam’s co-founder and CEO, says that the capital will support new 3D editing and collaboration features, training AI models for rendering 3D objects and new market expansion.Polycam was founded in early 2021 by Heinrich and Elliott Spelman, who’d met while working together at Ubiquity6, a startup developing mobile 3D scanning and AR tech.
