Invested in testing - unit tests, E2E tests, performance testing & auto-optimizations

Already using TypeScript/Flow for the last few years

Responsibilities

Build & own customer facing products that enables millions of Creators on the platform
Drive frontend infra projects that powers all of the Creator web products
Introduce and maintain new UI Components and libraries to Grasshopper, our private NPM repository for reusable JS/TS code
Collaborate with leaders from design, product and data science to iterate and improve the product
Leverage and introduce latest and greatest FE tools and tech to keep pushing [email protected]

The Creator Success Team empowers Roblox to be the best development platform for creating 3D social experiences, enabling our creators to publish, manage and monetize compelling content within the Roblox ecosystem. This includes products such as Creation Analytics, Talent Marketplace, Documentation, Developer Forum, and Creator Dashboard. You will create and own mission critical services in this cross-discipline team within our Roblox ecosystem.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer working on the team, you will lead the frontend web development across our products. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders from Product, Design and Data Science to iterate and evolve our documentation into a world-class learning platform for the Metaverse.

5+ years of experience building customer-facing apps

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$218,540—$283,780 USD
