Requirements
  • 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expertise in UX best practices, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma and the ability to craft high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects independently, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excited to be the primary design voice in a growing startup, shaping the product’s creative vision and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from problem definition and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI
  • Establish and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user interviews, develop customer profiles, and use these insights to guide design decisions. Analyze user feedback and product data to continuously enhance the user experience
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ideate, design, and iterate on new product features
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-quality visual designs using tools like Figma
  • Contribute to the company's overall product strategy and vision
