  • Serve as conduit into corporate business development to partner with OpUs & GPS functions on opportunities in which GPS can leverage an acquisition, option, or alliance to access IP technology or IP/Service as an enabler for a function
  • Own and maintain the core GPS divisional BD processes to ensure GPS team members engaged in BD activities are appropriately onboarded, trained, and manage the rotation of team capabilities across the functions
  • Lead transaction activities for deals (Commercialization and commercial) in close collaboration with OpU/ Function
  • Track and manage the BMS alliances which have substantial supply, analytical, quality or CMC component
  • Ensure BD activities are linked to the GPS strategy and appropriately transparent via GPS specific BD governance to the GPS LT
