  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years progressive experience in senior operational, administrative and/or HR leadership role, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role of a high performing HR/People Operations function
  • Experience in corporate strategic planning, financial management and operations
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record of providing strategic direction and leadership in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals

  • Collaborate with identifeye’s leadership team to devise and execute a strategic plan for operational excellence
  • Develop and monitor business performance metrics
  • Oversee financial operations including accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll), budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives
  • Work closely with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for a scalable, secure billing system
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of compliance and risk management initiatives with business objectives
  • Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards
  • Develop and execute best-in-class HR strategies aligned with identifeye’s objectives and culture
  • Lead and mentor the People Operations team
  • Execute People Operations functions including compensation programs, managing employee benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement programs
  • Build strong relationships with identifeye teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and overall strategy
  • Champion company culture and values, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of life at identifeye
