Position Summary

This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to ‘make things happen’. Outcomes and Accomplishments

As a Positioning specialist, you will:

• Create Positioning (POS) / Supplementary files.
• Repurpose supplementary file: Offset or a watch-through.
• Perform narrative QC.
• Fix EMT, resolve suggestions and flags.
• Ensure special instructions are checked and followed while working on any project.
• Adhere to high quality and performance benchmarks.
• Pay great attention to detail, and display high commitment to the job.
• Create Consistency Sheets to ensure consistency in treatment of Positioning across projects.
• Ensure Supplementary Files are updated to the Final Tape.
• Look into redelivery requests involving Positioning issues, fix supplementary files if necessary by selecting right reason for redelivery.
• Flag errors or inconsistencies that may appear in the English File. Also, flag any narrative errors.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills across all levels (verbal, written).
• Be responsible for on-time delivery of quality supplementary files, strictly respecting client deadlines and specifications.
• Proactively identify potential issues / problems with projects in progress and escalating to Account Coordinator when necessary.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule according to business needs.
