Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Director of Business Development in creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities and partners.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with prospects and clients via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Field inbound inquiries.
  • Perform cold call outreach.
  • Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, pitches, and RFP submissions for prospective clients.
  • Write and distribute agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain client databases (CRM) and mailing lists.
  • Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to management, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing & PR Team in the support of Business Development efforts.
  • Represent the firm at industry functions and build external networking relationships.
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support.
