Junior Estimator

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our design and project support team. The Junior Estimator will be Responsible for Taking Off Material, Equipment, and Labor from Drawings Accurately from Company’s Estimating Software. A Detailed Proposal will be Generated after Takeoff is Completed. The Junior Estimator will also Generate Change Orders as needed from Project Managers.
Responsibilities:

• Review Full Drawing Set and Specifications.
• Send Out all Fixtures and Equipment to Vendors for Pricing.
• Use Specified Material for the Assembly of the Project.
• Prepare Bill of Material.
• Prepare Labor Hours from The Estimate.

 
Education, Qualities & Skills required

• Minimum 2-year College Degree
• HVAC/Plumbing Estimation Experience Preferable
• Must know how to use MS Office and Possess the Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints. 

Compensation:
$ 60,000 Annually

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00AM –
5:00PM
