About the Role

The IT Analytics team leverages top-tier technology to deliver analytics experiences for our internal businesses. With our recent migration to B/4 and hybrid SAP-Microsoft analytics, we face exciting opportunities and challenges, and we need your expertise to achieve world-class analytics. In this role, you will design and implement high-performance data and analytics solutions and bring your expertise in BW.

What You Will Do

Design Data & Analytics Landscape:

• Contribute to the new B/4 implementation

• Support data acquisition design using ODP, SLT, CDS, DataServices, OpenHub, and HANA.

• Assist IT Architects in future analytics front-end decisions using Fiori, embedded analytics, AfO, SAC, and PowerBi.

• Continuously improve Essity’s IT design processes, development standards, and guidelines.

• Ensure your skills and best practices enhance the team's potential.

Develop High-Performance Data & Analytics Solutions:

• Design and implement application solutions within B/4.

• Maximize our B/4 capabilities by building hybrid native HANA/BW virtualizations (calculation Views).

• Develop code in ABAP (and AMDP SQLScript) within the BW context.

• Collaborate with business units to define and review requirements and use cases for solutions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP B/4HANA (or SAP BW on HANA).

• Strong knowledge of data warehousing modeling.

• Good knowledge of S/4 (or R/3-ECC) data in SD, MM, Logistics, and/or Finance.

• Proficient in SAP analytical front-end tools like Fiori, Analysis for Office, and SAC.

• Experience with BW-IP using SAC is a plus.

• Knowledge of Data Lake concepts, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI is a plus.

• You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• You thrive in a team environment and work well with others to achieve common goals.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written); German is a plus.
