  • Active TS//SCI with CI poly
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience with at least 10 years' experience in technology leadership translating objectives and/or high-level requirements into actionable technical requirements and specifications involving cloud, container, or DevSecOps technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with software product feature specification and development, either in the public sector (preferred) or commercial environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices.
  • Expert leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Define, drive, and integrate the product vision and strategy across the portfolio
  • Develop and maintain integrated portfolio roadmaps
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach product managers, IT PMs, and Agilists such as Scrum Masters
  • Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and techniques to elicit and derive product capability requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical/system requirements including epics and user stories
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future development.
