Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong engineering background with hands-on engineering experience in compute systems.
  • Proven experience in product management roles, specifically with IP products and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, or system IPs and relevant AI technologies used in Inference and Training applications.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, Compute and Accelerator IP market dynamics (especially in Automotive, Server, HPC), and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, licensing models, and legal aspects related to IP products.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for subsystem and system IP products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, opportunities, and industry trends related to system and subsystem IPs.
  • Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps based on customer feedback, market insights, and latest technology developments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product development, providing clear specifications and overseeing the process.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners, to ensure access to the latest technologies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver product documentations, marketing materials, datasheets, and benchmark analysis.
  • Work with third-party solution providers to build comprehensive compute subsystems and engage with open-source ecosystems for a robust software strategy.
  • Act as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase the value proposition of our subsystem and system IP products.
