  • You are comfortable using a Macbook/equipment; in reference to Internal Tools and proficient in skills required to do the job:
  • SQL (Snowflake)
  • Google Sheets & Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Analytics (Determining statistical significance, how to make proper comparisons, pre-post analysis, basic testing structures)
  • Data Visualization (Tableau, Sigma knowledge and recognize design fundamentals and dashboard functionality)
  • You utilize tools to troubleshoot problems proactively
  • Training materials
  • Project detail documents
  • Use company chat channels to ask clarifying questions
  • When doing analysis - process, organize facts, data and other information to define a problem and develop effective solutions
  • Always try to think of resolutions when you encounter any issues
  • Understand your current project in all of it's aspects
  • You efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve a deeper understanding and accuracy when accomplishing tasks, no matter how small or large, to ensure the success of each project, analysis, dashboard, etc
  • You validate results and verify with your supervisor whenever you are unsure of the results
  • You can effectively communicate with your supervisor, business partners, and co-workers

Responsibilities
  • Be knowledgeable and comfortable with aspects of analytics, and a different perspective when it makes sense and redirect analysis when needed
  • Stay current on new information/updates
  • Punctuality / Scheduling; it's essential for us to be online and available for our team
  • You should be available Monday through Friday with most salaried business partners, but working over the weekend is up to your discretion
