Why This Role Matters
We’re at zero-to-one — and this role is about building the engine that gets us to ten. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the growth strategy, test and scale channels, and own the KPIs that drive the business forward.

This is not a plug-and-play growth job. It’s for someone who’s excited to experiment, move fast, and help build the blueprint from scratch. You’ll need to be scrappy. Strategic. Experimental. You'll touch everything from paid and organic to onboarding and referral — then help build the playbook as we grow the team.

What You’ll Do

• Roll up your sleeves to launch and iterate across paid social, influencer, ambassador, referral, email/SMS, and more

• Design and run rapid experiments to test channel viability and optimize performance

• Own growth KPIs and build the dashboard/reporting infrastructure to track them (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, etc.)

• Partner with content, product, and design to optimize the full funnel — from acquisition to daily engagement

• Bring creative ideas to the table constantly: hooks, angles, incentives, content, partnerships

• Think like a founder: prioritize ruthlessly, move fast, and never wait around for permission

• Build the foundation now, with an eye toward offloading and scaling over time
  
  

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 3–7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or DTC/ecomm at a high-growth consumer startup

• Are creative and experimental by nature — you love a test-and-learn environment

• Have experience launching new channels or products from scratch

• Are deeply hands-on — you're just as comfortable writing ad copy or setting up campaigns as you are building a strategy

• Have strong analytical chops and know how to turn data into action

• Crave ownership and the thrill of building something people love

• Have scaled paid social campaigns on a budget

• Have worked on a consumer brand targeting Gen Z

• Have experience with influencer, ambassador, or community-driven growth programs
